Q: Do you process exchanges?

A: We are unable to offer exchanges at this time, however we do accept returns within 30 days of the date of receipt.

 

Q: How do I return my order?

A: All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received with all tags still attached. Please enclose a copy of your packing slip and ship with the carrier of your choice to the address below:

Please retain tracking for your records as Xplor8r will not be held accountable for lost or misdirected packages. It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied. (Is this going to be set up so that it is automated?

 

Q: How will my refund be processed?

A: Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. Please note outbound shipping charges will not be refunded.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement.
